Production Lead - Mars Wrigley Plymouth

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Lead to join our team at Mars Wrigley Plymouth. As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of production operators and ensuring the smooth operation of our factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of production operators to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the scheduling department to plan and coordinate production schedules.
  • Manage and maintain production equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and resolve production-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to production operators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and Microsoft-based systems.
