Job Overview

Position Summary:

As a key member of our retail team, the Manager, Retail Operations EMEA will be responsible for providing strategic support to our EMEA retail stores, driving operational excellence, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer experience, maximize efficiency, and drive profitability in EMEA retail stores.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure, break down, and solve complex business problems, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and propose action plans to optimize operational performance.
  • Establish relationships with key corporate partners to ensure market needs are met and sales and profitability are maximized.
  • Drive best practices using regional insights to optimize operational performance and maintain a seamless shopping experience within an omnichannel environment.
  • Lead and educate on loss prevention measures to minimize loss and increase safety.
  • Develop and improve Canada Goose's standard operational procedures, ensuring execution is carried out with excellence.
  • Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure physical store spaces are maintained at the highest level.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi-unit operations at a luxury retailer.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations on strategic questions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strong computer competence in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire others to drive action.
