**Job Title:** Inclusion Services Manager

**Location:** King Edwin School

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Inclusion Services Manager. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating inclusive learning environments and ensuring the well-being of students.

**Salary:** £36,124 - £37,938 per annum (depending on experience)

As an Inclusion Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the annual review schedule for students, ensuring that teaching and support staff prepare comprehensive information, incorporating parent views, and supporting parents to attend and contribute.

You will evaluate feedback from all stakeholders and implement improvements as needed. Additionally, you will conduct additional tasks to gather new or updated student information throughout their journey.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of education in various settings, be qualified in at least one therapeutic model, and have a solid grasp of safeguarding principles.
