Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our finance team in Newtownabbey, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability and making recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
