Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Mullusk. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Processing & Payment Processing: Review and enter invoices into the accounting system and adhere to approval process.
  • Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding payment inquiries, discrepancies, and issue resolution.
  • Reconciliation and Reporting: Reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure all payments and liabilities are accurately recorded.

About You: To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Previous accounts payable experience.
  • Effective communication and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Strong IT Skills.
