About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Team Leader to join our team at Morrison's. As a key member of our Canteen Team, you will be responsible for managing a kitchen team responsible for creating delicious meals for our colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a kitchen team to ensure the delivery of high-quality food and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our colleagues and exceed their expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, including BRC.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve excellent standards in food quality, productivity, and service.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in catering and food safety, preferably Food Safety Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
