About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Eurest. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering and service teams, ensuring that our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and that our customers receive exceptional food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare delicious food to the highest standards and ensure that our culinary and catering teams deliver impeccable food and customer service.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support our culinary and catering teams, providing guidance and training to help them excel in their roles.
  • Communication and Liaison: Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets, and liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure that we exceed expectations.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of two years of catering experience, with experience managing teams in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
