Job Description

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care to our clients with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and other complex needs. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans that promote independence and well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

You will have a strong understanding of the principles of care and support, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. While previous experience is not necessary, you must be willing to undergo full Nurse-led training to develop your skills and knowledge.
