**The Role**

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our team at Teach Now. As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young learners.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the Early Years curriculum, promoting a positive learning environment, and assessing and tracking each child's progress. You will work closely with a supportive team of teaching assistants, senior leaders, and parents to ensure every child's needs are met.

The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, experience teaching within the EYFS, and strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum. You will be committed to fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire young learners.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe and supported.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and tailored support.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants to ensure every child receives the support they need.

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers an estimated salary of £183,000 per year, dependent on experience, with long-term stability in a full-time position.
