Technical Program Manager

The Technical Program Manager at Leidos UK & EUROPE will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of complex technical projects. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, as well as expertise in system development and management.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including systems architects, mechanical systems engineers, and system simulation engineers, to ensure that system requirements are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for anticipating and managing transversal technical and business issues, making informed decisions based on factors such as sustainability, reusability, optimisation, opportunity, schedule, quality, cost, risks, safety, and performance.
Responsibilities- Oversee the development and implementation of complex technical projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve system requirements.
- Manage technical and business issues, making informed decisions based on multiple factors.
- Develop and manage requirements at various levels, from system to hardware/software.
- Ensure compliance through analysis, simulation, and/or testing.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance, and 33 days annual leave.
