About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Technical Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our hypersonics capability within the UK, working collaboratively with business and engineering teams internationally.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing engineering work packages to deliver value outcomes, including coordination with multi-disciplinary teams and international partners. They will also be comfortable working with spiral lifecycles in agile environments and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the Lead Technical Program Manager for the development of our hypersonics capability within the UK.
  • Work collaboratively with business and engineering teams internationally.
  • Support the development of our international hypersonics business strategy.

What We Offer:

At Leidos, we offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a permanent position based in Farnborough, with flexibility to work from home dependent on business demands.
