Customer Experience Lead

Travelodge Hotels Limited is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a skilled Customer Experience Lead to drive the success of our hotels. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will work closely with team members to create personalized development plans, recruit top talent, and ensure all aspects of hotel operations meet our brand standards. We offer a competitive salary of £33,000 per annum, plus annual bonuses up to 13% by achieving KPI targets.
In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including 50% discount on rooms and food, and access to exclusive discounts with high street retailers and mobile phone providers, you will enjoy flexible working hours and a dynamic work environment that supports your growth and development.
