Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional support to clients.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will have high emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills, ensuring a welcoming and professional service to all inbound enquiries.
- They will be responsible for first contact and engagement, nurturing leads through follow-up communication and ensuring consistent engagement until they are ready for referral, admission, or alternative support.
Key Responsibilities
- First Contact and Engagement:
- Act as the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries, offering a professional service and providing clear information about our services.
- Nurture leads through regular communication, ensuring consistent engagement and building strong relationships with clients.
- Referral and Admissions Support:
- Pre-screen all cases to assess the individual's eligibility for treatment before handing them over to the Admissions Department.
- Refer individuals to appropriate alternative treatment providers, following established protocols and ensuring compassionate care throughout.
- Coordinate with the Referrer Relations team on Private Medical Insurance matters to ensure accurate and comprehensive support.
- Sales and Customer Service:
- The successful candidate will have proven experience in sales or customer service, with an ability to convert enquiries into action through effective lead nurturing and engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and telephonic systems used in customer service or admissions environments is essential.
