About the Job
  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound enquiries, and nurturing leads through regular communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • First Contact and Engagement:
    • Act as the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries, offering a warm and professional welcome.
    • Build rapport with clients, listening to their needs and concerns, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Referral and Admissions Support:
    • Assess client eligibility for treatment and refer them to suitable providers, ensuring seamless transitions.
    • Collaborate with the Referrer Relations team to deliver accurate and comprehensive support.
  • Sales and Customer Service:
    • Convert enquiries into actions by leveraging your excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Utilize CRM systems and other tools to track progress and achieve targets.
