Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Manager to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As a key member of our corporate services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of Total Facilities Management (TFM) services in a corporate client building.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality TFM services, including cleaning, workplace/front of house, engineering, waste management, and day-to-day catering support.
- Manage the maintenance, repair, and renewal of the building's fabric and mechanical and electrical (M&E) assets.
- Health and Safety
- Deliver and maintain a high level of health and safety standards for the area of responsibility.
- Stakeholder Management
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Financial Management
- Manage and control budgets for service streams, including operational and capital expenditures.
- People Management
- Line manage individuals delivering services within the corporate buildings.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure all clients receive consistent, high-quality service delivery, including auditing the quality of services provided and tracking remedial actions to completion.
Requirements
- Professional Qualifications
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 products.
- Experience in Total Facilities Management (TFM) and supplier management.
- Personal Qualities
- Great people management skills.
- Customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited support.
- Open and honest communication skills.
