Job Title: Medical Territory Sales Manager

Join Olympus UK & Ireland, a global leader in the medical device and technology industry, as we seek an experienced Territory Manager to lead our Urology business unit in the Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and Birmingham area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clinical staff, business, and procurement managers in hospitals to demonstrate the value of our Urology portfolio and grow market share.
  • Manage sales opportunities from start to finish using our Integrated Sales Process (ISP).
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and represent the organisation at face-to-face and virtual events.
  • Develop and deliver customer sales presentations, ensuring effective use of CRM and diary management.
  • Coordinate sales activity across the customer stakeholder group, including regular service delivery review meetings and sales presentations.
  • Manage sales activity within endoscopy and theatre environments, including service delivery presentations and clinical face-to-face and virtual meetings.
  • Proactively use the ISP and relevant selling techniques to progress opportunities.
  • Maintain a robust understanding of our product portfolio within the business unit.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a field sales environment within the healthcare industry or service solution-based sales sector.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Highly skilled in organising and planning multiple demands and priorities.
  • Focussed personal continuous improvement and development.
