Job Title: Corporate Governance and CEO Support Intern

BMW Group Financial Services is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Corporate Governance and CEO Support team as an intern. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior management team and contribute to the development of our governance framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Corporate Governance and CEO office team with various tasks associated with governance, policy management, and CEO support activities.
  • Assist in drafting the agenda for monthly Management Committee meetings for the UK and Ireland, documenting and following up action points with senior management, and writing draft minutes in advance of the meeting.
  • Maintain the policy framework within the UK and Ireland, monitoring and controlling new and overdue policies, reviewing new BMW Group and Divisional policies, and publishing approved policies.
  • Support the oversight and monitoring of internal service level agreements and tracking of internal audit points.
Requirements:
  • Studying for a relevant degree (e.g. Business Management or similar) and in line to achieve a 2:2 or above.
  • Well-organized and able to work independently.
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively and proactively.
  • Experience of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software.
