Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Care Manager to join our team in Handsworth Wood, Birmingham. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with the Registered Care Manager to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs. Your responsibilities will include direct support, staff management tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Social Care, preferably in a leadership role
- Knowledge of multiple sensory impairments, physical, and learning disabilities
- Fully manual UK driving license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
