We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Development Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality control systems, policies, and standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality control systems and standards;
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations;
  • Evaluate production and supplier goods for any defects or deviations;
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to establish quality assurance standards and objectives;
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions;
  • Coordinate and lead training sessions to educate employees on quality control measures;
  • Review and analyze quality performance data to identify trends or areas for improvement;
  • Resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner;
  • Ensure products meet customer expectations and specifications;
  • Interact with customers, regulatory bodies, and suppliers to address any quality concerns or complaints;
  • Assume health and safety responsibilities and induct new members of staff;

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience as a Quality Manager within an engineering production environment or as a quality supervisor looking to step into their first Quality Manager role.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £49.2k basic + bonus + range of benefits after qualifying period such as Private Healthcare, Life Insurance, and full sickness pay.

Location:

This role is based in Stoke, Staffordshire.
