An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join Magenta International Ltd's team. This role involves working on various projects across different sectors, including hospitality, leisure, education, residential, and commercial. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting Senior Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers with pre and post-contract duties. Your tasks will include preparing cost plans, evaluating tenders, and conducting final account assessments.

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of construction and quantity surveying principles. You must have GCSEs in Maths and English (grade C or above) or equivalent and sufficient qualifications to allow entry to a RICS recognised construction degree course. Additionally, some knowledge of construction and quantity surveying duties is essential.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Magenta International Ltd, you can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. You will also enjoy a generous holiday entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays and a workplace pension after completing the probationary period.
