An exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented Part-time Lettings Accounts Administrator to join our award-winning office in Dulwich. We are looking for a flexible and proactive individual to support our thriving independent agency.

Job Responsibilities:
- Accounting and Administration: Processing invoices and payments.
- Bank Reconciliation: Ensuring accurate financial records.
- Rental Transactions: Processing and reconciling rental income.
- Deposit Management: Reconciling and returning deposits.
- Supplier and Contractor Management: Processing invoices and payments.
- Landlord Support: Preparing and sending annual tax statements.
- Debt Recovery: Chasing debtors for outstanding payments.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with our team to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- Accounts Experience: Experience in a similar lettings accounts role.
- Technical Skills: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Team Player: Articulate and flexible with a proactive approach.
