About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at a family-run care company in the Colchester area.

Job Summary

This is a full-time, permanent role paying up to £30,000 per annum. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent services of care to our residents, promoting ownership of care programs, and building and maintaining excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, and staffing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Previous Deputy Home Manager experience, 2+ years deputy experience in a residential home
  • Engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent services of care
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, and staffing teams
  • Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care programs within the home

Requirements
