Career Powerup is a unique programme that delves into the lived experiences and backgrounds of individuals from ethnic minorities navigating the challenging financial corporate world.

Our goal is to equip high-performing individuals with the skills to excel within a financial firm, while also addressing the unique challenges they face in their career journeys.

Subject Matter Expertise
  • Extensive financial corporate background and experience navigating the tough corporate financial landscape.
  • Ability to manage their career and plan for career advancement.
Training Delivery
  • Adapt training content to the needs and skill levels of diverse associates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in career development and diversity inclusion.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help associates apply learning concepts to their careers.
  • Assist associates in identifying and leveraging their unique strengths and talents.
  • Tailor training content and delivery approaches to resonate with local cultures and business contexts.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
  • A minimum of 3 years experience of working within Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and general admission.
