Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the ward team, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
  • Use computer systems and software to maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain patient records in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 4 GCSEs or equivalent level of education.
  • Competent keyboard skills and basic computer literacy.
  • Able to prioritize and organize own workload, working effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work with speed and accuracy, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
