Front Office Director

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Front Office Manager to join our team at the Hampton by Hilton Gatwick North Terminal. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and developing teams, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the Front Desk team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining high standards of revenue management and implementing strategies to maximize room sales.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieving business objectives.
- Providing training and development opportunities for the Front Desk team.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a senior leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Possess a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
