Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Front Office Manager to join our team at the Hampton by Hilton Gatwick North Terminal. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and developing teams, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities include:
  • Leading and managing the Front Desk team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining high standards of revenue management and implementing strategies to maximize room sales.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieving business objectives.
  • Providing training and development opportunities for the Front Desk team.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Possess a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
