As the right-hand person to the Head of Drama, you will be responsible for shaping the curriculum, mentoring aspiring actresses, and directing show-stopping productions that leave audiences breathless.

- Nurture talent: Provide one-on-one guidance and support, helping students reach their full potential on and off the stage.
- Degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or related field (a plus).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE.
- Proven experience teaching drama across secondary school levels.
- Leadership experience in a school setting (desirable).
- Uncontainable passion for drama and a contagious enthusiasm for inspiring young minds.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
