Brand Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a dynamic team, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans, managing processes meticulously.
  • Drive traffic and sales to the website, focusing 70% on D2C channels and outputs.
  • Manage marketing efforts including blog posts, emails, promo calendars, and ad production.
  • Liaise with affiliates, influencers, and grocery account managers for campaign support.
  • Contribute to brand partnerships, events, and PR initiatives.
  • Balance strong project management with innovative ideas.
Requirements:
  • Must have experience selling direct to salons.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a brand management role, preferably within retail or eCommerce.
  • Strong digital media background, with experience in D2C and retail marketing.
  • Proven ability to work with physical products and niche audiences.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Confident, personable, and able to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Package:
  • £40k salary with growth opportunities.
