Job Function:Reporting into the Head of Construction, you will support with the end-to-end development of new build and conversion projects and fit-out programs, including where required: Design, Construction, Documentation, Extension, Refurbishment, and Snagging.
The role consists of supporting the Head of Construction in the successful implementation of our development and fit-out program across designated projects. Reporting to the Head of Construction, the role requires accountability and responsibility for project supervision and delivery on time and within budget.

- Responsible for coordinating and driving the workstreams on defined commercial development projects and controlling the program of works and the contractors on site.
- Assist with analysis and negotiations of the costs for tenders and contracts.
- Ensure all work conforms to design specifications, regulatory standards, and ultimately meets the company expectations. This involves setting up and enforcing quality control procedures throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Deal with contractors, building control, and CDM as required.
- During project construction, review and comment on the value of works being completed.
- Enforce strict safety regulations, conduct regular safety audits, and review contractor RAMS.
- The primary objective is to ensure the project's outcome aligns perfectly with the customer's vision.
