**Teaching Support Role for Children with Disabilities**
We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school near Burnley. In this Teaching Support Role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to children with complex needs.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing personalized support plans for children with disabilities
- Collaborating with teachers to create inclusive lesson plans and educational programs
- Providing feedback and progress updates to parents and other stakeholders
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £23,000-£27,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus additional benefits including professional development opportunities and pension scheme.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with children with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR and First Aid training
