Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and effective pharmaceutical care, promoting best medicines management practices, and communicating with clinical and healthcare staff to ensure the safe use of medicines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing comprehensive patient-centred Clinical Pharmacy services, including participation in antibiotic stewardship rounds, therapeutic drug monitoring, and dispensary support.
• Facilitating and promoting rational and optimal medicines usage.
• Providing assimilated and relevant medicines information to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to contribute to enhanced clinical pharmacy services.
Requirements:
We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic clinical pharmacists with vision and ambition to join our team. The ideal candidate will be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, hold a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Pharmacy, and have a CPD portfolio and working towards RPS faculty accreditation.
