Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at West London NHS Trust. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in developing new roles in practices and working within a team of clinical pharmacists supported by mentoring and supervision from a senior experienced clinical pharmacist and a GP supervisor.

Key Responsibilities- Develop new roles in practices and work within a team of clinical pharmacists
- Provide clinical expertise and direct service provision
- Work effectively independently and as a team member
- Communicate complex and sensitive information to a variety of audiences
- Master's degree in pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent
- Significant post-registration experience
- Mandatory registration with General Pharmaceutical Council
