About the Role

As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in the management of our contract portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Commercial Operations Lead in ensuring compliance against contractual obligations
  • Reviewing customer contracts and Statements of Work to identify key areas of risk and opportunity
  • Managing contract change effectively
  • Monitoring financial performance of contracts and providing assurance of pipeline forecasts

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven experience in managing large volumes of data and analysing data to identify trends and insights
