About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Technical Data Governance Lead to join our team at Intec Select. As a key member of our digital engineering department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our technical data.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical information within complex environments using Bentley or ProjectWise. Experience in systems assurance and common data environments is highly desirable. You will also provide leadership to third-party contractors and support the performance and reporting of digital engineering requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  • Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality digital information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to ensure data management best practices are followed.
  • Monitor and report on data quality and governance metrics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in managing technical information within complex environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective data governance policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of data management best practices and industry standards.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus 25 days holiday and 12% pension. The successful candidate will be based in Birmingham, with the opportunity to work from home two days per week.
