Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Data/GIS to join our team at RPS Group.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will lead our GIS team in delivering high-quality support for clients across the UK, including infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of GIS consultants in an ecological consultancy setting.
  • Drive digital innovations within the GIS team and across the wider ecology team.
  • Develop and implement data governance strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project manage a wide and varied workload, supervising internal staff and providing technical oversight.
  • Build long-lasting client relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading a team of GIS consultants in an ecological consultancy setting.
  • Proven ability to drive digital innovations and implement data governance strategies.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
