Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as HR Lead on complex cases, offering guidance on HR matters and ensuring sickness levels are reduced.
  • Challenge and influence People Managers with effective communication methods and clear expectations of performance.
  • Coach Advisory teams in the effective application of people policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience of Employee Relations with the ability to influence at a senior level.
  • Strong HR advisory experience gained within a complex unionised environment and large matrix organisations.
  • Ability to build relationships with Trade Unions and offer excellent knowledge of strategic ER.
  • CIPD L5, or working towards.
