About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Systems Engineer to contribute to the development of electric propulsion systems for aerospace applications. As part of our team, you will work on programs certifiable under SAE ARP4754A guidelines, up to Functional Design Assurance Level (FDAL) A.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the creation of requirement specifications for sub-systems, suppliers, and customer/partner approval.
* Collaborate with simulation, analysis, and design teams to assist in system architecture design.
* Evaluate system architecture suitability and provide recommendations where necessary.
* Support customers, partners, and suppliers with systems integration of electric motors and controllers.
* Develop system test strategies to ensure traceability and compliance with customer and system requirements.
* Perform system Validation and Verification (V&V) testing activities.
* Produce V&V evidence to support system certification.

Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent in electrical or systems engineering (or other relevant technical domain).
* Proven experience in applying systems engineering principles throughout design, development, and delivery.
* Experience with requirements and lifecycle management tools such as DOORS, Polarion, or codeBeamer.
* Strong ability to manage system design complexity and ambiguity.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A flexible approach to work and an eagerness to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated with strong determination to succeed.
