**Job Description:**
As a Secure & Complex Services Advocate, you will be based onsite at Priory Stockton Hall secure mental health unit supporting a diverse range of vulnerable adults with profound and multiple needs. You will be a key player in creating positive outcomes through effective advocacy. Your role will involve working closely with our team to provide individualized support and guidance to service users, ensuring their dignity and well-being are respected at all times.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Outstanding communication skills with a strong passion for supporting vulnerable people.
• Experience working with vulnerable adults, especially those affected by significant health and social care issues.
• Proven track record in advocacy, information, and advice roles, ideally in health, social care, or voluntary settings.
• Residence within commutable distance of Elm Park and Sutton Manor Hospitals, with a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

**Benefits:**
