Job Title: Luxury Care Team Leader (Nights)
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our night shift team at a luxury care home in the UK.
Salary: £31,362
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise the night shift team, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
- Conduct handovers and document care and medication procedures effectively.
- Support, train, and develop senior carers and assistants.
- Create and manage rotas to ensure full staffing and skill mix.
- Monitor and evaluate care provided, offering guidance when necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff and management during the night shift.
- Ensure safe and proper medication management and adherence to care plans.
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families.
- Communicate effectively with the day team regarding care needs.
- Promote person-centred care and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience in dementia and elderly care settings.
- Proven track record in managing and leading care teams.
- Strong understanding of medication management and care documentation.
