Job Title: Change Communications Lead

We are seeking an experienced Change Communications Lead to join our team at Maximum ManagementFrazer Jones USA. As a key member of our HRIS implementation team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure a smooth transition to our new HRIS system.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement a change management plan to engage stakeholders and ensure business readiness for the HRIS deployment.
  • Establish a Change Network to communicate with stakeholders and provide updates on the implementation progress.
  • Collaborate with the project team to design and deliver training and adoption materials.
  • Provide expertise in business readiness and change management to ensure a successful implementation.
  • Upskill the project team and HR team on best practice change management methods.
About You:
  • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives in global digital projects, preferably in HRIS/SuccessFactors.
  • Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills across multiple workstreams.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
