Job Description: As a Spa Therapist at Bannatyne, you will play a crucial role in promoting relaxation, health, and well-being. Your primary responsibilities include performing various spa treatments such as massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and more, tailored to meet guests' individual needs.
You will provide professional, high-quality service to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper use of spa equipment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and more, tailored to meet guests' individual needs.
- Provide professional, high-quality service to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients.
- Ensure the proper use of spa equipment and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
Required Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for individuals with an NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and communications skills, along with a customer-focused attitude, are essential. A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service is also required.
