Donard Recruitment Careers is seeking skilled professionals to work as Disability Assessors in a hybrid working environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your career while providing unbiased, comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP). The salary range for this position is £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, with an OTE of £45,650.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a leading employer and enjoy a range of benefits, including 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality & retention bonus, and 25 days Holidays per annum, rising to 27 days with service. Training options are also available, ranging from 12 weeks (full time) to 17 weeks (3 days per week).
