About the Role

The Head of Facilities Management will play a critical role in overseeing the delivery of property services, ensuring compliance with contractual documentation, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee hard and soft service maintenance operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and planning.
  • Define the site strategy for property service delivery and ensure compliance is maintained.
  • Provide input and advice to IDT's, project, and trial test readiness reviews, inspections, and services for upgrading.
  • Manage budgets and other financial aspects, including cost centre budgets and demand plans.
  • Analyse opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process changes to achieve better results.
  • Foresee and plan to avoid potential impacts on property operations and tenant delivery.
  • Deal with outsourced contracts and contractors, covering logistical, financial, and regulatory aspects.
Essential Experience
  • Experience in scheduling, planning, and overseeing routine maintenance, hard and soft services.
  • Managing key management figures, engineers, operatives, and external stakeholders.
  • Budgeting and financial management experience.
  • Organising, managing, and monitoring resources, risks, and issues.
  • Compliance to regulations experience.
  • A change management champion, resilient.
Qualifications
  • Health & Safety qualification (IOSH or NEBOSH General Certificate).
