We are looking for an experienced Leadership Role in Systems Development to join our team at Onyx-Conseil.

This role will provide strategic direction and coordination for the execution of systems engineering projects across multiple teams. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex technical projects, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering results-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with experience in project management, leadership, and technical expertise. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Systems Engineering team to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in systems engineering, project management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading complex technical projects, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering results-driven solutions
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
