About the Role

We are excited to announce the launch of our Early Talent Scheme, designed to provide aspiring professionals with hands-on experience and mentorship opportunities.

As a Land Trainee, you will:

  • Shadow and support the Land Team to gain valuable industry insights.
  • Develop essential skills in research, analysis, and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver projects successfully.
  • Pursue a certificate in commercial property acquisition to enhance your knowledge and expertise.

What You Will Gain:

Salary and Benefits:

  • A starting salary of £22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
