This is a unique opportunity for an experienced nanny to provide exceptional childcare services to a family in Banbury, Oxfordshire. As a maternity cover position, the successful candidate will be working from mid-October until July 2025, Monday to Friday, with hours from 7:15 am to 6:00 pm and an earlier finish on Fridays during term time.

The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and passionate about working with young children. They should have experience in taking children to gym classes, local groups, and swimming activities. The family already has a cleaner, so the nanny's role will focus on usual nursery duties. A valid driving license and comfort around pets are essential requirements.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 gross per annum, plus the bonus of using our holiday home abroad. If you are a dedicated and caring individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role, please consider applying for this position.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 2+ years of experience working with children of the same age and in a similar role
  • Childcare qualifications
  • A valid DBS certificate
  • A 12-hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain it
  • Minimum of 2 professional referees, one of which must be your current or last employer
