  • Maintain and improve quality and care
  • Manage the delivery of services

Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of The Care Act, MCA, Health and Social Care Act
  • At least five years management experience within adult care services and a track record in operational management
  • Experience of being an Area Manager, or responsible for a group of Managers
  • Proven ability of working strategically and seeing the bigger picture, implementing change in response to emerging issues
  • Managing contracts and dealing with Local Authority colleagues at a senior level
  • Experience of multi-site management
  • Track record of managing successful services, with a minimum of Good CQC ratings
  • Strong understanding and application of regulatory frameworks and compliance/legal requirements
  • Project management of new services and/or developments
  • Inspirational in regards to coaching and mentoring
What We Offer
  • Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, dependent upon experience
  • Benefits: 33 days holiday, company sick pay after 12 months, death in service benefits, long service and contribution recognition awards, pension after 3 months, employee assistance programme, significant retail and leisure discount scheme, discounted gym membership, financial well-being scheme, refer a friend scheme
