Job Description
">We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Psihology Teacher / Psychology ECT (Social Sciences) to join our expanding Psychology Department. As a Psychology Teacher, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating our students, working alongside a team of fantastic Psychology Teachers, and contributing to the development of our curriculum.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining it. You should also have strong academics across the board, including a degree, A Levels, and GCSEs. In addition, you must meet the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level and be able to work as part of a large team of Psychology Teachers.
Benefits
">This is a permanent, full-time contract with an ASAP or Jan 2025 start. The salary is £32,571 - £50,135 + TLR (Size depending on experience). We offer a range of benefits, including the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities such as KS4 Coordinator or Pastoral Responsibility, and access to our bespoke ECT induction program.
Salary
">The salary for this position is £42,890 per annum, based on MPS1-UPS3 scale.
