Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead the BA function within the Group Data Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile Scrum teams and product development environments, with experience in line management and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scoping and shaping analysis approaches from EPIC level information at Product Level.
  • Supporting Product Owners in identifying EPIC User Stories and building product backlogs.
  • Shaping and implementing the BA strategy within Group Data Operations.
  • Providing assignment support and direction to BAs, including setting analysis approaches and defining outcomes.
  • Managing and influencing senior stakeholder alignment and communication across multiple business areas.
Requirements
  • Agile Frameworks and Backlog definition techniques.
  • Customer-centric design techniques and experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong background in Business Analysis, with experience in line management and data migrations.
  • Expertise in tools commonly used in Agile environments, such as JIRA and Confluence.
