IC Resources is a leading provider of high-speed transceivers in advanced technology nodes, seeking an experienced Analog IC Design Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Analog IC Design Engineer to develop block-level specifications, modeling, design, and verification of very high-speed Analog circuits. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Analog IC Design, ideally in multi-gigabit serial data-link transceivers (SerDes) or RF multi-tone designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop block-level specifications, modeling, design, and verification of very high-speed Analog circuits
  • Support customers' requirements, design specifications, and product delivery
  • Support IP and chip-level integration
  • Design and layout of high-speed circuits, including oscillators, phase-locked loops, delay-locked loops, and other fundamental building blocks
  • Expertise in advanced semiconductor process technologies, preferably in finFET technology nodes
  • Experience using Ocean, MDL, or equivalent to automate Analog design verification

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Analog IC Design, ideally in multi-gigabit serial data-link transceivers (SerDes) or RF multi-tone designs
  • Skilled in the design of high-speed Analog SerDes circuits, including DFT, DFM, and ESD protection
  • Understanding of layout approaches and design techniques used for high-speed and high-precision circuits
  • Advanced user of EDA tools for design and verification of Analog circuits, preferably using the Cadence Virtuoso environment
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of ownership and responsibility, good verbal and written communication skills, and a team player
  • Ability to manage and complete designs to schedule using defined design process flows and report design status to internal management team
