Job Summary

We are looking for three skilled individuals to join our part-time scouting team at the Leicester City Football Club Academy. As a scout, you will play a vital role in supporting our Emerging Talent team by identifying and reporting on promising young footballers.

About the Role:

  • Work collaboratively with our Emerging Talent team to identify high-potential young players
  • Develop and maintain relationships with coaches, clubs, and other stakeholders within the youth football community
  • Utilize your expertise to provide high-quality scouting reports and recommendations

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably in a Category 1 or 2 Academy or Category 1 English Academy
  • A deep understanding of youth football and a talent for identifying high-potential players
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners
